Shipping policy

Pricing and timeframes

Shipping is only currently available within Australia.

  • Standard shipping: $12 (5-11 business days)

  • Express shipping: $16 (1-3 business days)

Order Fulfillment

  • In stock items: Your package will be posted within 2-3 business days

  • Backorder items: Typically made and shipped within 2 weeks

  • Custom orders: Timeframes discussed during the design process, typically shipped 2-4 weeks after order placement

Order cutoff: Orders placed before 3pm will be processed the same day for shipping within the relevant order fulfilment timeline.

Order Tracking

You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships. Track your package's progress in real-time through Australia Post's tracking system using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Package Protection

Every order is automatically protected against loss or damage during shipping at no extra cost to you. For orders over $100, I'll automatically include additional coverage to ensure your purchase is fully protected during transit.

Delivery Partners

All shipments are processed through Australia Post, Australia's trusted national postal service. Australia Post handles pickup, transit, and delivery of your packages across Australia.

Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare event that your package goes missing or arrives damaged, please contact me immediately at megan@iridian.design. I'll provide a full refund once Australia Post has investigated and confirmed the package has been lost, or arrange a replacement for damaged items.

I am unable to provide compensation or take responsibility for shipping delays caused once package has been handed over to Australia Post.

International Shipping

I currently ship within Australia only. International shipping options are planned for the future as we develop our international capabilities.
